Mold Inspection & Testing

Visual inspection includes a property walk through. We measure moisture content levels in the different building materials, with special attention to common problem areas. We also inspect the exterior surrounding the location to asses any present or future moisture or mold issues. Through a very small hole, we are able to insert an optical scope and view inside the walls, under cabinets, within ceiling spaces and behind appliances. If a mold problem is not apparent, we can do surface and air sampling.

Mold Remediation Services

In the event mold is discovered in the air or on the surface at your residential or commercial property, great measures will be taken to ensure the health and safety of all present and future occupants. We follow all EPA and OSHA guidelines, using the latest in technology and up to date equipment. Our technicians will safely contain the problem areas, utilizing high efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration units and special vacuum systems. They carefully remove and dispose of the mold infected materials leaving these areas exceptionally clean and ready for clearance testing. Our methods and careful attention have given us an excellent record for passing these clearance tests.
